Our Philosophy

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your life. As full-time real estate professionals, we (Randi along with daughters Jennifer and Tina) would like to assist you in making your real estate transaction as smooth as possible. Having lived on Gabriola Island since 1979, we are intimately aware of the island's many attributes and are excited to share our enthusiasm for island life.

Working as a team, we are able to give our clients the full attention they deserve. Through open lines of communication, we are able to address the different interests that dictate individuals needs.

Our philosophy can be summed up by saying, "A home is more than four walls and a roof. It is a place where memories are created and dreams are met! Our commitment is to work in your best interest."

Experience

Randi and Jennifer have been successfully listing and selling residential and recreational real estate since 1994. Jennifer is also licensed as a managing broker. It was very exciting when Tina completed her Real Estate Course and was able to join the team in 2004.

Matching clients with their "dream" homes or properties to their lifestyles is the most rewarding part of our jobs and we are grateful for the opportunity to share their enthusiasm in the home buying-and-selling process.

Community Involvement

We are honoured to be part of the energizing community we live in and try to stay as involved in local projects as much as our schedules allow.

Randi is a passionate participant in the activities of the island's artistic community. She is involved with the local quilting group and spends time on her own painting and exploring other mediums.

Jennifer has been a director on the Vancouver Island Real Estate board since 2003, serving on several committees. She completed her Master Gardeners program and her enthusiasm for gardening has kept her busy with the Gabriola Home and Garden Tour for many years. Along with her husband, she is also a member of the Gabriola Volunteer Fire Department.

Tina has also been actively dedicated to pursuing the arts. She has spent numerous hours as an intern doing Art Therapy with seniors and children. Currently, she is raising her family on the island and makes time for the projects and events of the Pre-school.
